At the Rescue Diver level, students are ready to learn to manage more complex dive emergencies and to apply direct intervention techniques to assist others in an emergency. By its nature, the course is demanding, though realistic in its conduct, content and approach — “challenging” and “rewarding” best describe the PADI Rescue Diver course.

We run this course over three days. The first two days are spent at our Dive Centre completing theory sections on accident management control/prevention and shallow water dives from the beach in Naama Bay practising a variety of rescue skills. On the last day, you will go out on our dive boat and prevent/manage two emergency scenarios, staged by your instructor and other dive staff.
